I called Walter's Flowers from Oregon to have an arrangement done for my mother for Mother's Day. I explained my mother's allergies to potent flowers and told them a few flower types we like, colors we like, and a price level. My sister picked up the flowers today to take to my mother and sent me a picture. The arrangement was beautiful and the value for my money was more than expected. Thank you to the wonderful staff of Walter's for helping me to surprise my Mom this holiday.

In the on-line note section I left very clear directions to call me in the event you could not deliver the flowers to my Mother's place of business before 10:00 a.m. that day. I never recieved a call from anyone, the flowers were so late that I had to ruin the surprise by telling her they were coming, and even then she had to stay after her normal work hours to recieve them. I wound up paying 80 somthing dollars for very poor service and a flower that did not meet my expectation. I would imagine someone rushed the arrangement to make the late delivery. I do realize things don't always go as planned but considering the explicit instructions I was very disapointed in your service.

The arrangement was not delivered to the funeral service. I gave specific information about the location and Funeral Home. No considerations were made for the mistake. Sadly, after talking to the family the deceased refused to do business with Walter's because of their poor quality and service. Wish I had know this before spending over $120 with this florist!
